Dock and Slip Management
Conduct regular inspections and perform routine maintenance and repairs on docks, slips, and walkways, ensuring all electrical and water hookups are functional.
Ensure docks and slips comply with safety regulations and standards, maintaining fire extinguishers, life rings, and other safety equipment, and conducting safety drills.
Keep docks, walkways, and surrounding areas clean, manage waste disposal and recycling, and implement pest control measures as needed.
Customer Service
Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information on marina services, local attractions, and weather conditions, and resolving customer complaints promptly.
Maintain clear communication with guests via phone, email, and in-person, sending out regular updates and engaging with customers on social media.
Offer concierge services, including assistance with reservations for local restaurants, tours, and activities, transportation arrangements, and managing special requests.
